A sample photo ID membership card and plastic walletPhoto ID
Please note that members will not be admitted in the Reserve if they have not obtained their photo identification membership card.

Members who have yet to complete this process should contact the Member and Customer Services department on (03) 9657 8888 to obtain an application form.

Plastic card wallet
As part of increased security measures aimed at curbing misbehaviour, the club now requests that members display their photo ID membership card at all times while in the Reserve.

Members have been sent a complimentary plastic wallet to facilitate the display of the photo ID membership card so that it can be easily seen by attendants and officials.

The new regulation will be phased in as members become aware of their obligations. Please contact Member and Customer Services on (03) 9657 8888 if you have any queries.

Faulty Cards
A replacement card will be issued gratis upon presentation of the faulty card at the club office or matchday service booth.

Lost/Stolen Cards
If you lose, damage or have your membership card stolen, please notify the club either by phone or in writing as soon as possible so that unauthorised use can be prevented.

You will be required to pay a $25 fee to have your card replaced. However, no charge is applicable for stolen cards when a police report of the theft is provided.

Forgotten Cards on Event Days
A member has no right of entry to the Reserve without a membership card, even though the subscription may have been paid.

Members arriving without their membership card, but with appropriate identification, may obtain an entry ticket to the Reserve after verification by membership staff at the membership services office at Gate 2.  A fee, as determined by the committee from time to time, is charged for this procedure.

Card Misuse
Membership is for personal use only and is strictly non-transferable. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your card is secure at all times so it cannot be "borrowed" by anyone else to use.

Misuse of membership cards may result in the expulsion or suspension of a member.

Club rules stipulate that members must provide specimen signatures on request and staff will conduct random signature checks throughout the Members Reserve on a regular basis.
