The society’s annual dinner will be held in the Members Dining Room with pre-dinner drinks in the Long Room on Wednesday April 27, 2022 at 7:00 pm for 7:30 pm.
Please note, the Long Room Wine and Food Society April Dinner is no longer taking bookings. If you wish to book, please contact the club at specialinterestgroups@mcc.org.au.
Although we encourage black-tie for the evening, normal Long Room attire will be acceptable. The dinner will feature some superb wines from the society’s cellar selected by our wine and food master, Peter Ruby and cellar master, Andrew O’Brien. The wines will be complemented by a magnificent menu selected by Delaware North and Peter Ruby. Our guest speaker for the evening will be John Rubira, third generation fishmonger, publican and restaurateur.Limited car parking will be available via Entrance A off Brunton Avenue, with access to the Long Room via Lifts 5, 6 and 7 to Level 2. Members may bring up to three guests to the dinner.
Bookings for this function are now open on-line through the MCC website. However, those members who wish to book manually are asked to download this booking form and return to the functions experience co-ordinator, Elissa Cohen, no later than Thursday April 21. Please note any seating preferences or dietary requirements on the form.
All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. More details regarding this will be communicated to members directly.

A letter of confirmation will be emailed to members who book on-line. However, as with all functions no acknowledgment will be forwarded for manual bookings unless your booking is unsuccessful due to maximum numbers being reached.
