The Wait Is Over: WaitTime technology now in Members Reserve

Shorter wait. Better experience. MCC members can now avoid the queues and enjoy more of the on-field action thanks to WaitTime technology installed throughout the Members Reserve.

WaitTime will track queues and wait times at all food and beverage outlets throughout the Members Reserve. 

Whether you’re looking for a schooner in the Percy Beames Bar or a delicious feed at Tower 6, wait times will be displayed across dedicated screens throughout Level 1 and B1, giving you the best option so you don’t miss a minute of the on-field action.

How does it work?

Wait times are represented by spectrum bars that change from green (short wait), to yellow (medium wait), to red (long wait) relative to line lengths.

These spectrums are then shared with members on concourse monitors or via the MCG app.

WaitTime will be displayed throughout the concourse on monitors located on Levels 1 and B1.
