Nikhi WagstaffSince becoming a member of the Melbourne Cricket Club, Nikhi has thoroughly enjoyed all the Club has to offer.
She has been a passionate member of the Young Members' Committee ("YMC") from early 2014 and considers the YMC's offering of functions as an excellent opportunity for young members to socialise and network while utilising the Club's exceptional facilities.
She stands side-by-side with the Magpie Army and is a Senior Associate at Holding Redlich, where she specialises in real estate.
Nikhi looks forward to meeting fellow young members at YMC events.
Sam JewellSam joined the Young Members Committee in 2014, and has been an MCC member since 2008.
He enjoys regularly attending the young members function nights and supporting his beloved Bombers. When he's not supporting the red and black, Sam works as a financial planner at Rising Tide Financial Services and specialises in providing tailored advice to Gen X and Y clients.
Sam looks forward to assisting the Young Members Committee in developing the events offered to all young members.
Simon AingerSimon has been an MCC member since 2005, He enjoys watching his beloved Tigers at the MCG during the winter and is a keen follower of the cricket in the summer months.
He has always had a passion for sport, participating in a wide variety of sports for many years. He now enjoys watching elite level sport played at the greatest sporting venue in the world.
Simon joined the Young Members Committee in 2016 and brings financial management expertise from his role at a mid-tier accounting firm providing professional services to private businesses.
He looks forward to contributing to the ongoing success of the functions held and establish new and exciting ways for members to connect with the club.
Tristan DwyerAs a Geelong-boy at heart, Tristan's happiest when he's on the balcony watching "the greatest team of all", preferably beating Hawthorn.
Tristan brings experience from sitting on multiple prominent committees over the past 10 years. Professionally, he works as a corporate affairs and government relations practitioner, where he's advised a range of industry leaders in Australia and throughout Asia and currently works in the banking sector.
Tristan is delighted to be part of the Young Members as an avenue for people to come together to have fun and learn.
Social media co-ordinator
Irene has been an MCC member since 2004, the majority of this time as a country member attending cricket, football and a variety of events that led to making some great friends within the club and an inspiration to get further involved.
Now residing in Melbourne as a marketing manager in retail/asset management, Irene brings a strong background of strategy, marketing and communications to the committee.
A passionate Collingwood supporter who is used to Colliwobble heartbreak, Irene is often seen enjoying the game at the Frank Grey Smith Bar.
Irene looks forward to assisting with the development of the variety of events for all MCC young members.
Jordan became an MCC member in 2008, and has subsequently attended an estimated 200+ events. He enjoys supporting the Bombers on the odd occasion that they play at the MCG, but will attend almost any game as a neutral. During the AFL season, he will often go missing for months at a time.
Outside of the MCG and during the week, Jordan is an economics and transactions consultant in EY’s Infrastructure Advisory practice. Jordan provides advice to government, private and not-for-profit organisations across multiple areas including human services, social impact bonds, outcomes-based funding, international trade and many more.
Jordan looks forward to combining his passion for the club and financial and economic skillset to deliver the best outcomes and experiences for the MCC Young Members.
Alice, speech pathologist and avid Melbourne fan, joined the Young Members Committee in 2017 and has been an MCC member since 2004.
As primarily a regional member, Alice has enjoyed many weekend games watching the Dees from the members' balcony on warm days, and from Frank Grey Smith Bar when the wind has picked up. Now based in the city, Alice is very much looking forward to taking advantage of her close proximity to the 'G.
Working in Allied Health, Alice brings a passion for connecting people and communities. Alice is thrilled to be part of the Young Members Committee and looks forward to supporting other young members engage with their club.
Born into a family of pies supporters, Ange is a committed person to anything and any team she supports. She does believe she is learning resilience from being a supporter of the pies.
As a keen athlete of endurance sports such as cycling and triathlon, Ange enjoys watching elite athletes getting around the sporting field and loves the types of people and qualities that sporting events attract, particularly at the MCC.
Now living in Melbourne, after a number of years in Sydney, she is thrilled to be enjoying the atmosphere and attending many more events and games again. She is the founder of My Goal Squad, a coaching and mentoring business for individuals and corporates, specialising in goal setting and creating positive change. Their mission is to empower people to make positive changes so they can live a wildly fulfilling life and achieving things they never thought they could. Making success simple.
Ange brings event management experience and marketing skills from current and previous roles and she is looking forward to contributing to the growing engagement of the young members.
