Listen: Richmond greats Tom Hafey and Kevin Bartlett feature in bonus episode of At the ‘G

As Richmond celebrate their third AFL premiership in four years, At the ‘G’s Anthony Hudson shares a never-before aired interview he conducted with the Tigers’ most successful coach, the late Tom Hafey.

This year marks 53 years since Richmond last met – and beat – the Geelong Cats in an AFL Grand Final. At the helm in 1967 was coach Tom Hafey, who would go on to lead the Tigers to three more flags at the MCG.

In this bonus episode of At the ‘G, host Anthony Hudson shares a never-before aired interview he conducted with the late Tom Hafey in 2001 and speaks to AFL legend Kevin Bartlett on their friendship, Hafey’s legacy and his ties to the MCG – where he was farewelled in a memorable funeral service in 2014.
