Domestic Reciprocal Clubs

Members from the following clubs have restricted entry entitlements to the MCC Members' Reserve for AFL events:
  • Victorian Racing Club (VRC)
  • Melbourne Racing Club (MRC)

Interstate Reciprocal Clubs

Full members from the following interstate clubs have restricted entry entitlements to the MCC Members' Reserve for AFL events:
  • Accor Stadium
  • Cricket Tasmania (Blundstone Arena)
  • Queensland Cricketers Club
  • Gabba
  • Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG)
  • West Australian Cricket Association (WACA Ground)
  • South Australian Cricket Association (Adelaide Oval)

Members of English County cricket clubs enjoy the same privileges as members of interstate reciprocal clubs.

Overseas Reciprocal Clubs

Full members from the following overseas clubs have complimentary entitlements to the MCC Members' Reserve for AFL events:
  • Singapore Cricket Club
  • Hong Kong Cricket Club
  • Royal Selangor Club in Kuala Lumpur
  • Toronto Cricket, Skating and Curling Club
  • Cricket Club of India
  • Royal Bangkok Sports Club
  • Western Province Cricket Club
  • Marylebone Cricket Club

2025 AFL Premiership season arrangements and guidelines for members of reciprocal clubs of the MCC

Overseas reciprocal member access

Full members of affiliated overseas reciprocal clubs that are on a short-term visit to Australia are eligible for general admission access to the reserve at no cost, or a reserved seat for themselves at member pricing. They also have the option to purchase up to four (4) visitor tickets, excluding ANZAC Day which is limited to two (2) visitor tickets.

Members must provide their Full membership card, a Letter of Introduction from their club, as well as identification confirming their residency outside Australia before any reciprocal access or sale of visitor tickets will proceed.

Members of overseas reciprocal clubs have the same access and guest privileges as MCC Full members.

Interstate reciprocal member access

Full members of affiliated interstate reciprocal clubs that are on a short-term visit to Victoria are eligible to purchase a visitor ticket for themselves and have the option to purchase up to two (2) additional visitor tickets for guests** for all AFL matches. These tickets are restricted to levels 1 and 4 only.

Associate, guest and corporate memberships have no access rights. Please note that if you hold multiple membership cards that only one card can be used for reciprocal rights.

Members must provide their membership card as well as identification confirming their residence outside Victoria before any applications will be processed. You are encouraged to pre-purchase your required ticketing to avoid disappointment on the day.

**Interstate Reciprocal Members are only eligible to purchase one (1) additional visitor ticket for Category 1 matches.

Domestic Reciprocal Member Access

VRC & MRC
VRC and MRC members will have access to purchase a visitor ticket for themselves and up to a further two (2) visitor tickets for all Category 3 matches. These tickets are restricted to levels 1 and 4 only.

How to purchase tickets

We highly recommend you apply for tickets in advanced to avoid disappointment.

Members of overseas and interstate reciprocal clubs/venues can complete the online application form at the bottom of this page. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive an email within five business days with a link to complete payment for your tickets (if applicable).

Once payment has been received your digital ticket(s) for the Members’ Reserve will be sent to you by Ticketek. Your seat(s) will be processed on a best available basis.

General admission tickets may be available to purchase on the day from Membership Services located to the left of Gate 2 at the MCG, subject to availability.

Members of domestic reciprocal clubs can purchase their tickets into the MCC Reserve via Ticketek using their membership barcode. Tickets may be available to purchase on the day from the ticket windows located to the right of Gate 2 at the MCG.

Tickets for Rounds 1-6 will be available to purchase and applications for tickets will open at 10am Tuesday February 18.

Dress Standards and Dining Facilities

The minimum dress standard in the Members' Reserve is neat casual. Members and their guests who identify as male and are aged 17 years and over must wear a collared shirt, even if worn under a collared sweater or jacket, at all times in the Reserve.

General admission tickets may be available to purchase on the day from the ticket windows located to the right of Gate 2 at the MCG. These tickets cannot be pre booked and are strictly subject to availability. We recommend pre purchasing reserved seats to avoid disappointment.

Before arriving

  • Make sure you pack your debit or credit card as the MCG is a cashless venue.
  • Come prepared for all types of weather conditions, including packing a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and a poncho or a raincoat.
  • Only bags that fit under your seat will be permitted.

    SPECIAL EVENTS

    The British & Irish Lions v Wallabies 2025

    Arrangements for members of reciprocal clubs of the MCC

    We are delighted to offer tickets into the MCC Members’ Reserve to members of our interstate, overseas and domestic reciprocal clubs/venues for the match between the British & Irish Lions and the Wallabies at the MCG in July 2025. Reciprocal club members will be able to purchase a ticket for themselves and up to one ticket for a guest that will provide access to reserved seating on Level 1 or Level 4 of the MCC Members’ Reserve.

    The cost per ticket is $299.00. Tickets can be purchased via Ticketek for Domestic reciprocal club members or via the links below for interstate and overseas reciprocal club members.
