How do I login to the MCC App?To login to the MCC App, you will need your member number (if you are a member) or file number (if you are a waiting list candidate who has received an offer of membership) along with your password. Your member/file number is included on email correspondence from the Club and, for members, can also be found on your membership card.
When I login, will my digital membership card automatically be available?
If you are an existing MCC member, yes – your digital membership card will be available in the ‘My Card’ tab when you download the MCC App and login.
If you are a new Provisional member, not yet – you will receive your membership card in the mail prior to the beginning of the 2022/23 membership season on September 1, 2022 at which time your membership card will also become available in the MCC App.
Can I still use my existing membership card?
Yes, you can still use your membership card. The digital membership card available within the MCC App is merely an alternative to give members greater flexibility.
Can I use the digital membership card within the MCC App to gain entry to the Members’ Reserve?
Yes. The digital membership card available within the MCC App is designed to give members greater flexibility.
You can scan your digital membership card at the turnstiles at Gate 2 of the MCG to gain entry to the Members’ Reserve.
To access your digital membership card, download the MCC App and login. Then select ‘My Card’ from the navigation tab.
I have added my MCC Plus card to my Apple or Google wallet. Can I use this to scan into the Members’ Reserve?
When attending the Members’ Reserve, you will need to scan in using your MCC membership card – this can be either your physical membership card or your digital membership card if you have downloaded the MCC App. Once inside the Reserve, you can tap and pay using your MCC Plus card via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What if I don’t download the MCC App?
You are not required to download the MCC App.
All of the features within the app – like bookings (tickets, dining and passes), MCC Plus, events, news and information about Visiting the Members’ Reserve – are also available on the MCC website.

I am the holder of an Annual Guest Card. Am I able to login to the MCC App?
No. The MCC App is currently only available for current MCC members in the Full, Restricted and Provisional categories.
Is the MCC App available in dark mode?
Not currently.

New Provisional members
I’ve received my offer of Provisional membership but I don’t have a licence or passport. Can I still accept my offer using the MCC App?Not at this stage.
The ID verification process within the MCC App only accepts Australian passports and drivers’ licences. If you do not have one of these identity documents, you should follow the steps to accept your offer in-person at Australia Post or the MCC Membership Services Counter.

Candidates on the MCC Waiting List
I’m a waiting list candidate, can I use the MCC App?No. The MCC App is available for all current MCC members. Candidates on the Waiting List will be able to login to the MCC App when they receive their offer of Provisional membership.
