MCC Reserve

Your experience in the Members' Reserve

2025 AFL Premiership Season

When visiting the Members' Reserve, members and guests are expected to observe a standard of behaviour that is socially acceptable and in keeping with the standards befitting the Club.

Membership expectations are guided by the MCC Code of Conduct.

The Code outlines in clear terms the shared standards that members agree to uphold in order to protect the integrity of the Club and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all. It also serves as a useful reminder of the behaviours and actions which are deemed unacceptable and may result in disciplinary action.

Behaviour

In line with the MCC Code of Conduct, members and guests are expected to respect the rules and regulations of the Club when visiting the Members' Reserve.

Rules including dress standards must be observed, while smoking, including vaping, will not be tolerated inside the MCG. Any members or guests found to be vaping inside the MCG will face immediate eviction.

In addition, we ask members and guests to be kind to all staff and volunteers as they go about their work inside the Members' Reserve and MCG. While the team works hard to provide you with great service as we navigate a national staffing shortage, we ask for your patience and understanding and apologise for the inconvenience.

When visiting the MCG, antisocial behaviour can be reported anonymously via text message to our dedicated security number, +61 409 117 621 or on the MCG App in the Fan Assist section.

Misuse of membership cards and barcodes

Membership cards and barcodes are for personal use only and are strictly non-transferrable under any circumstances. It is the members’ responsibility to ensure their card and barcode is secure at all times.

Misuse of membership cards, barcodes and member upgrade tickets may result in suspension or exclusion of a member.

Random checks of photo ID membership and digital membership cards will be undertaken at the turnstiles and throughout the Members’ Reserve.

When purchasing a ticket during the AFL season, please ensure that you purchase the correct ticket type for you and your visitors based on age.
