Long Room Wine and Food Society August Luncheon

Our next luncheon will be held in the Long Room with pre-luncheon drinks in the Percy Beames Bar on Wednesday August 28, 2024, at 12.15pm for a 12.45pm start.

The luncheon will feature superb wines from from the Society’s cellar selected by our Wine and Food Master, Michael Ellis and Cellarmaster, Andrew Mason. The wines will be complemented by a menu selected by Delaware North and Michael Ellis.

Luncheon Details

Date: Wednesday August 28
Time: 12.15pm for a 12.45pm start
Location: Long Room, Level 2, Members' Reserve with pre-lunch drinks in the Percy Beames Bar
Dress code: Lounge suit or tailored jacket, shirt, tie, slacks (tailored chinos are acceptable) and dress shoes, or attire of a similar or higher standard
Cost: Members $95, Guests $140
Guests: Members may bring two guests to the luncheon
Parking and access: Limited car parking will be available via Entrance A off Brunton Avenue, with access to the function rooms via lifts 5,6,7 to Level 2.

Booking Process

Bookings open: Thursday August 1, 9.00am
Bookings close: Thursday August 22, 5.00pm unless sold out prior
Cancellation cut-off: Monday August 26, 12.00pm
