Long Room Wine and Food Society Waitlist Dinner

The Society’s Committee has again decided to hold a special dinner for all those on the waitlist.

The dinner will be held in the Members' Dining Room with pre-dinner drinks and canapes in the Long Room on Thursday August 1, 2024, at 7.00pm for 7.30pm.

The dinner will feature superb wines from Best’s of Great Western, Victoria. The wines will be complemented by a menu selected by Delaware North and wine and food master, Michael Ellis.

Our guest speaker for the day will be Hamish Thomson, 5th Generation Vigneron.

Dinner Details

Date: Thursday August 1
Time: 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start
Location: Members' Dining Room, Level 2, Members' Reserve with pre-dinner drinks and canapes in the Long Room
Dress code: Lounge suit or tailored jacket, shirt, tie, slacks (tailored chinos are acceptable) and dress shoes, or attire of a similar or higher standard
Cost: LRWFS Waitlist Members $95, Guests $140
Guests: LRWFS Waitlist members may bring three guests to the luncheon
Parking and access: Limited car parking will be available via Entrance A off Brunton Avenue, with access to the function rooms via lifts 5,6,7 to Level 2.

Bookings open: Thursday July 4, 9.00am
Bookings close: Thursday July 25, 5.00pm unless sold out prior
Cancellation cut-off: Monday July 29, 12.00pm
