Join us in the MCG’s biggest kitchen at the ground as Delaware North’s Head Pastry/Chocolatier chef, Ryan Stevenson provides members and guests with an interactive hands on experience where you can learn to create your own Christmas Gingerbread Houses to take home and impress your family and friends.
Ryan Stevenson is an Australian pastry chef/chocolatier who recently returned home after spending more than 20 years working overseas.
Upon completing his apprenticeship in Queensland, Ryan left Australia to work in 5 star hotels, 3 Michelin Star Restaurants and famous pastry shops in the UK and Belgium.
He was co-owner of five pastry shops in Belgium and one in Japan and has also been the Director of the Belgium Chocolate Academy which is the largest chocolate academy in the world. Currently he is living in Melbourne and working at the MCG.

Whilst Ryan takes you on the journey of creating Christmas Gingerbread Houses, you will also enjoy beverages, canapes and be provided with some take home goodies.

Inclusions: Canapes, 1 hour beverage package, Gingerbread House making experience and taking your creation home.
This function is open to all categories of members who can bring two guests per member.
