This year, the VRC & MCC Members' Race Day Event brings together fellow members and guests for an unforgettable race day experience.

Join us in the exclusive VRC Committee Room nestled within the historic Grandstand of Flemington Racecourse alongside fellow VRC and MCC members.

The day will feature an exquisite two-course lunch, afternoon tea and all-inclusive beverage package. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to win fantastic door prizes, participate in our VRC Community Race Day Sweep, and have your photo taken with the iconic Lexus Melbourne Cup trophy.

To watch the races, simply step onto The Committee Room’s private balcony and take a seat in the seating deck overlooking the Mounting Yard and the renowned Flemington track.

Time: 11.30am- 30 minutes after the last race
Dress code: VRC Dress Code
Price: $230 MCC members and guests
Ticket Limit: 1 member and 1 guest per booking
Cancellation Date: Friday May 31, 2024

Bookings will be taken from 3.00pm on Wednesday March 27 on a first-in, first-served basis online at mcc.org.au or by contacting the MCC Functions Team on 03 9657 5520. As this is a combined function with the VRC, tickets are strictly limited.

The function is open to members of all categories, who may bring up to one guest each. Please note ground entry tickets will be emailed to you prior to the function.
