Join chefs Rob and Alex for a hands-on culinary experience like no other in the MCC's newest dining space, 1956.

This interactive session will take you on an educational journey. Guided one-on-one by the chefs themselves, you'll uncover the techniques, tips, and tricks behind creating a show-stopping meal that’s sure to impress your friends and family.

The experience concludes with a sweet finale: a curated selection of indulgent desserts to enjoy together.

Dress Standards: Lounge suit or tailored jacket, shirt, tie, slacks (tailored chinos are acceptable) and dress shoes, or attire of similar standard.
Cost: Members: $185. Guests: $195.

Booking Process

This function is open to members of all categories who may bring ONE guest. There are limited spots available, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Bookings for this function will open at 9.00am on Tuesday May 27, 2025 and will be taken on a first-in, first-served basis. Bookings will close on Thursday July 3 at 5.00pm unless sold out prior.
