VRC/MCC Members' Race Day

Join VRC members in the exclusive VRC Committee Room and enjoy a wonderful day of racing and entertainment with fellow VRC and MCC members.

Members and their guests will enjoy a two-course lunch, afternoon tea, and beverage package until 4.30pm, plus the chance to be involved in our VRC Members Race Day Sweep and win some fabulous door prizes.

Members and guests will also have access to the Committee Room’s private balcony and seating decks overlooking the Mounting Yard to watch the races throughout the day and the opportunity to have your photo taken with the iconic Lexus Melbourne Cup trophy.

Bookings will open at 9.00am on Tuesday May 6, and as capacity is limited, we do encourage members to book early so as to avoid disappointment. Members of all categories can book with one guest.

Booking Process

This function is open to members of all categories who may bring ONE guest.

Bookings for this function will open at 9.00am Tuesday May 6 and will be taken on a first-in, first-served basis. Bookings will close Thursday May 29 at unless sold out prior.

If after booking you find you are unable to attend, please email mccfunctions@mcc.org.au or phone (03) 9657 8888. We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee a refund for any cancellation after Thursday May 29, 2025.
