Stadium Stomp goes virtual in 2020

Registrations are now open for Stadium Stomp Virtual, the world’s biggest stair challenge.

Not for the faint-hearted, Stadium Stomp has welcomed thousands of challengers to the MCG stands each year since 2013 to tackle the ultimate stair-climbing challenge.

With 2020 events currently postponed, Stadium Stomp is going virtual.

From 5 July–4 August, your challenge is to climb 25,000 stairs – the equivalent of the MCG, Adelaide Oval, SCG and Gabba courses combined.

The challenge can be completed anywhere you can find stairs; alternatively, you can choose squats, lunges or step-ups to hit your target. Keep track of your progress on your virtual Stadium Stomp dashboard and watch your achievements light up along the way.

To make every step count, you can also choose to fundraise for one of the event’s Charity Partners: Black Dog Institute, Emergency Services Foundation or Leukaemia Foundation.
