Launching next week, the Melbourne Cricket Club’s (MCC) 2020 Members Survey will allow members the opportunity to provide feedback on their membership in a convenient manner, while assisting with the Club’s strategic planning for 2021 and beyond.
Members will receive a unique link via email to complete the survey, which will include a broad range of questions on all aspects of membership – from membership benefits and entitlements to Club communications.In addition to the survey, which all members are invited to complete, a smaller number of members will be invited to participate in focus groups.
These focus groups will provide an opportunity for the Club to delve deeper into members’ values, their understanding and priority of membership benefits, and what informs and influences their decision-making.
Feedback and insights received via both the survey and the research groups will assist the Club in ensuring MCC membership is valuable for – and cherished by – our members long into the future.
The MCC surveys its members biennially for their insights into the Club, its operations and to seek general feedback on initiatives.
All members who complete the survey will go into the draw to win one of five $100 Visa prepaid cards thanks to our partner Simplot Australia.
The MCC Members Survey will be open to all categories of membership from Thursday October 1 to Thursday October 15, 2020. Members invited to participate in focus groups will be contacted by November.
