She can still make the whole place shimmer

It was a record-breaking three nights that will long live in the minds of the 288,000 fans who witnessed the global phenomenon, as Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour lit up the MCG.

The three shows from megastar Taylor Swift – across February 16, 17 and 18 - will live on in MCG folklore as the stadium’s highest-selling concert series and highest-selling artist of all time.

With 96,000 fans attending each night, the three shows were also Swift’s highest individual crowds of her career, with the singer feeling the love of her adoring fans who came to the MCG.

The shows are also the MCG’s third-highest attended individual concerts, behind only Ed Sheeran’s two performances at the MCG in March 2023, which 108,000 and 109,500 attended.

Swifties from around the country embarked on the MCG with diamonds in their eyes, as the lucky ones with tickets to one of the world's biggest acts were treated to a show they would remember forever and always.

Lucky MCC members were also treated to a pre-concert hospitality experience, with the Members' Dining Room, Jim Stynes Grill, Long Room and Missymu by Shirley all packed with glitter, sparkles and bejeweled costumes. 2,288 members across the three nights were able to enjoy these dining experiences, which included an a la carte menu and beverage package pre-show.

With a setlist of 44 songs across a three and a half hour performance, the show takes a journey through Swift’s music catalogue spanning 18 years – from Fearless, which launched Swift into the international spotlight, all the way to her most recent album, Midnights.

And it wasn’t just the fans who were enchanted by the experience, with Taylor Swift herself sharing to Instagram on Monday morning about the unforgettable memories performing in front of 288,000 fans.

"Melbourne, what do I even say to you after over 288,000 of you came and danced with us in the last 3 nights ??! That was unforgettable. You were on another LEVEL. Thank you for the memories. I’ll revisit the ones from this weekend often" Swift wrote.

Swift is the first female artist to headline a standalone concert at the MCG since Madonna in November 1993. Across those three shows, a total of 147,329 fans were in attendance.
