The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is excited to once again host a ‘Stadium Series’ Women’s Big Bash League event on Friday November 15, 2024 as a part of the WBBL|10 Fixture which was released this week by Cricket Australia.
The double-header will see home team the Melbourne Stars take on their cross-town rivals the Melbourne Renegades in a night fixture (7.15pm first ball), with the Perth Scorchers to take on the Sydney Thunder earlier in the day at 3.45pm.The Men’s Big Bash League fixture (BBL|14) was announced today, with the Melbourne Stars to host four home games at the MCG across December 2024-January 2025.
The Melbourne Derby will be held on Saturday January 4, 2025 with the Stars to take on the Renegades at the ‘G at 7.15pm.
The Stars will also host the Brisbane Heat on December 18, the Sydney Sixers on January 9 and the Hobart Hurricanes on January 19.
Members' arrangements and ticketing details for the summer of cricket, including WBBL|10 and BBL|14 matches, will be communicated to members in due course.
