Tickets

Reserved seats and general admission visitor tickets are sold out for this match.

Full and Restricted members can access unreserved seating for this match by scanning their membership card at the turnstiles. View the Members’ Reserve seating map here.

Arrive early

To ensure you are inside the Ground in time for the match start, arrive early and leave plenty of time for the entry process.

If you have reserved a seat, download your seat ticket prior to your arrival. To gain entry into the match, scan your physical or digital membership card at the turnstiles.

Please note, seat tickets will be distributed for unreserved seating on Level 1 for this match. Once the gates open and members and guests have chosen their seats, an attendant will issue a reserved seat ticket to those in attendance at the time. If arriving at a later time, please see one of the attendants in the unreserved bays and they will be issue you with seats tickets for available seating. Seat tickets will only be issued to members and guests in attendance.

Overseas members
Members who have been placed on the Overseas membership list do not automatically have entry rights during the AFL season. Entry to the Club’s facilities will be granted on a return visit as long as it does not exceed six weeks on submission of an itinerary showing the member’s arrival to and departure from Australia. ANZAC Day: Ticketing arrangements for MCC serving and ex-service personnel

On ANZAC Day, the MCC makes available the Hans Ebeling Room for refreshments before and during the match.

Ticketing arrangements for MCC current and ex-service personnel for the 2023 ANZAC Day match have closed.

Members' Dining

The registration period for the Members' Dining Room, Lucy Liu Lounge and Jim Stynes Grill for this event will open at 9.00am AEST on Monday April 11 and close at 5.00pm on the following day.

Please note, visitor tickets are sold out for this match. Dining registrations are only able to be made for guests who already hold a visitor ticket for this match.

The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service

The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service operates during public events held at the MCG.

The service is free and accessible to patrons with mobility challenges. The G-Train also features vehicles with wheelchair-friendly access.

Pre-booking is not required; simply wait at a designated pick up point for the next available buggy. The service has pick up points from the following locations:
  • Richmond Station
  • Jolimont Station
  • Accessible Parking Area

2023 AFL Premiership Season Round 6 - Collingwood v Essendon

Australian Sports Museum

The Australian Sports Museum is open for those attending the match from gate opening (listed above) until 15 minutes before the match start time.

Tickets for the Australian Sports Museum are half price and can be purchased on the day inside Gate 3 at the MCG. The Museum showcases the best of Australian sports including AFL, cricket and the Olympics.

Be sure to arrive early to make the most of your visit.

Metro Trains Disruptions

Buses replace trains on sections of the Hurstbridge, Belgrave, Lilydale, Glen Waverley, Pakenham and Cranbourne lines at various times on Tuesday April 25.

  • Passengers should allow extra time when travelling to and from the MCG.
  • Please be aware after the game there may be increased congestion and delays getting onto the platforms at Richmond and Jolimont stations.
  • Passengers are advised to return to where they got off the bus prior.
