Port Adelaide renames for Sir Doug Nicholls Round
Port Adelaide has renamed as the Yartapuulti Football Club for Sir Doug Nicholls Round.
Yartapuulti is the traditional Aboriginal name for Port Adelaide.
In Kaurna, ‘Yarta’ means place or land and ‘Puulti’ means sleep or death, which is the name the Kaurna people gave the land around the Port River.

To ensure you are inside the Ground in time for the match start, arrive early and leave plenty of time for the entry process.
If you have reserved a seat, download your seat ticket prior to your arrival. To gain entry into the match, scan your physical or digital membership card at the turnstiles.

Entry to the Club’s facilities will be granted on a return visit as long as it does not exceed six weeks on submission of an itinerary showing the member’s arrival to and departure from Australia. Reserved seat and visitor tickets for this match will go on sale to members from 10.00am AEST on Tuesday April 18 via
Ticketek.
Members' Dining
The registration period for the Members' Dining Room, Lucy Liu Lounge and Jim Stynes Grill for this event will open at 9.00am AEST on Monday May 15 and close at 5.00pm on the following day.
Long Room & Balcony Passes
The registration period for Long Room and Balcony Passes for this event will open at 9.00am AEST on Monday May 15 and close at 5.00pm on the following Tuesday or until all passes are exhausted.
Walk up passes can be collected (on a first come, first serve basis) from the last two Membership Services windows to the far left outside of Gate 2 on match day.
Additional dining options
MCC members and their guests can access a range of additional dining facilities in the MCC Members’ Reserve on match days at the MCG with no booking required.

General public parking is available for this match.

Parking in Yarra Park is subject to capacity. The MCG encourages patrons to arrive early and allow plenty of time to ensure you are inside the ground for the match start. Parking gates will close at the conclusion of the first quarter, unless capacity is reached prior.

Precinct Road Closures
Road closures will occur on Brunton Avenue from 11.40am until 1.10pm and from 3.40pm to 4.40pm.

Stony Point, Cranbourne, Pakenham and Frankston train lines this weekend.
Passengers on these lines should:
- allow extra time when travelling to and from the MCG.
- be aware after games there may be increased congestion and delays getting onto the platforms at Richmond and Jolimont stations.
- to catch a return bus post-match, return to where they got off the bus prior.

The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service
The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service operates during public events held at the MCG.
The service is free and accessible to patrons with mobility challenges. The G-Train also features vehicles with wheelchair-friendly access.
Pre-booking is not required; simply wait at a designated pick up point for the next available buggy. The service has pick up points from the following locations:
- Richmond Station
- Jolimont Station
- Accessible Parking Area
The 'G Train will operate from 10.30am until 4.45pm for this event.
