The Women of the MCC invite you to the Members' Dining Room on Thursday October 19, 2023 to celebrate leaders in business.
This year we are thrilled to hear from business and sport leaders Nicki Kenyon, Sharelle McMahon and Diana Taylor in conversation facilitated by MC, Jacqui Felgate.With a combined experience of several decades in corporate and sporting sectors, we expect a spirited discussion about pursuing a purposeful career, while navigating issues of gender, leadership and sporting culture.
Presented by Morgan Stanley, the discussion will be held over breakfast and is the premier networking event for the MCC Women's Section.
Meet the panellists
Nicki Kenyon GAICDNicki’s diverse background, working for companies including Visa, Facebook and Ogilvy, has equipped her with expertise in transformational change, operational leadership, business development, digital innovation and integrated marketing. Nicki’s current non-executive board roles include the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Fenwick Software.
Sharelle McMahon
Following Sharelle’s immensely successful career on court as a Diamond centurion, she has featured in broadcast commentary, on the coaching bench at club and international level, served on boards and is currently Cricket Victoria's Head of Female Cricket. Sharelle is a member of the Order of Australia and was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 2016. She is also a mother of two to Xavier and Ruby.
Diana Taylor
Diana Taylor is the Vice President of the Geelong Football Club and passionate local who is also the Chair of the Geelong Authority, Anam Cara House Geelong, runs a Geelong based business, Diana Taylor Legal Consulting and authored the recently released book, ‘The Playbook – Crossing the white line to succeed in life, business and the AFL’.

Location: Members' Dining Room
Dress code: Business attire
Cost: Full, Restricted and Provisional members: $60. Guests: $70. We encourage you to put together a group or full table of 10. There is no limit on guests
Women of the MCC raises funds to support women and girls to participate in sport. The 2023 Business Breakfast raffle will include prizes from generous donors including Women on Boards, Pullman Melbourne on the Park; MAMMA MIA! at the Princess Theatre with thanks to Marriner Group; Committee Room by Grossi and a team development workshop with Elite Team Dynamics.
