The 188th Annual General Meeting of the Melbourne Cricket Club will be held on Tuesday August 12, 2025 at 7.00pm AEST.
The meeting will be held in person in the Members’ Dining Room on Level 2 of the MCC Members’ Reserve at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Members are not required to book to attend the Annual General Meeting.Members will also have access to the meeting via an online platform. Instructions on how to join online will be available on the MCC website here closer to the date.

While all members are welcome to attend or join the meeting, only 50-Year and Full members will be eligible to vote on any motions proposed at the meeting.
Members' Reserve dress standards apply for the Annual General Meeting.
Attending the AGM
Members who attend the Annual General Meeting in person in the Members' Dining Room are asked to enter via Gate 2.Members will be required to register their attendance on entry to the Members' Dining Room, where 50-Year and Full members will be able to vote on all resolutions.
This year, upon arrival at the AGM, members will be able to scan a QR code and register into the meeting using their personal mobile device. Their device will then provide access to a 'Live Vote Card' so they can vote during the meeting.
How to register at the meeting with your mobile device:
- Upon arrival, scan the QR code to access the registration screen.
- Enter your MCC member number and click ‘Next’.
- Confirm your mobile number and click ‘Continue’.
- You are registered into the meeting.
How to vote at the meeting:
Once registered, you will have access to your Live Vote Card on your mobile phone. The Chair of the meeting will advise when voting is open and you are able to submit your vote.
