The Melbourne Cricket Club is excited to welcome you to the Members’ Reserve for the 2025 AFL Finals Series Qualifying Final between the Geelong Cats and Brisbane Lions.

For access to this match, members must have paid their renewal for the 2025/26 membership season (which commences on September 1, 2025) for their membership card to be valid.

This match is available to Full and Restricted members and their visitors only (maximum of two visitor tickets per member). Provisional members and members of interstate and domestic reciprocal clubs and venues do not have access to this match.

Tickets

Reserved seats and visitor tickets are now sold out in the MCC Members’ Reserve for the Qualifying Final between Geelong and Brisbane on Friday September 5. No additional visitor tickets will be available for this match.

Full and Restricted Members, and Annual Guest Card holders who have not reserved a seat will still be able to access unreserved seating and standing room in the MCC Members’ Reserve on the day of the match by scanning their membership card at Gate 2, subject to capacity.

Remaining accessible seating will need to be redeemed via the Accessible Ticketing Form on a first-in, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Full and Restricted members can access the Members' Reserve free-of-charge by scanning their membership card at Gate 2, subject to capacity.

Prices are inclusive of all fees and GST except for a $9.00 transaction fee applicable to all transactions requiring payment.


Children aged 7-16 at date of ticket purchase are eligible to purchase a junior ticket. Children under the age of 7 are admitted free into the MCC Members' Reserve as long as they do not occupy a seat. If they wish to purchase a seat, this can be purchased at the junior ticket rate.

TICKET RETURNS
If you have pre-purchased a reserved seat or visitor ticket and can no longer attend the match, you can return your ticket for a refund via the Ticketek App.

After reviewing feedback from members, the Club is pleased to introduce Member-Only areas during weeks 1-3 of the AFL Finals Series on Levels 1 and 4 of the Members' Reserve.

Members are able to pre-purchase reserved seats in these Member-Only areas via Ticketek at the on-sale date listed above.

Please note, seat tickets will be distributed for unreserved seating on Levels 1, 2 and 3 for this match. Once the gates open and members and guests have chosen their seats, an attendant will issue a reserved seat ticket to those in attendance at the time. If arriving at a later time, please see one of the attendants in the unreserved bays and they will be issue you with seats tickets for available seating. Seat tickets will only be issued to members and guests in attendance.

For this match, dining reservations are available in the Members’ Dining Room, Jim Stynes Grill, Missymu by Shirley and 1956.

Dining ballot registrations for this match are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST on Friday August 29.

Please note: As visitor tickets are now sold out for this match, members will need to already hold a visitor ticket before registering any guests in the dining ballot.

Getting to the ‘G

To ensure you are inside the Ground in time for the match start, arrive early and leave plenty of time for the entry process.

If you have reserved a seat, download your seat ticket prior to your arrival. To gain entry into the match, scan your physical or digital membership card at the turnstiles.

No general public parking is available for this match. Parking is available for accessibility and accredited passholders only.

PRECINCT ROAD CLOSURES
  • Brunton Avenue will be closed between 5.00pm-11.15pm.
  • Jolimont Street & Terrace will be closed between 5.00pm-11.15pm.

  • Wellington Parade will be closed between 10.15pm-10.45pm.

Please note, flashing lights and pyrotechnics will be used throughout this match at the MCG.

AUSTRALIAN SPORTS MUSEUM
The Australian Sports Museum is open for those attending the match from gate opening (listed above) until 15 minutes before the match start time.

Tickets for the Australian Sports Museum are half price and can be purchased on the day inside Gate 3 at the MCG. The Museum showcases the best of Australian sports including AFL, cricket and the Olympics.

Be sure to arrive early to make the most of your visit.

MCC MUSEUM AND MCC LIBRARY
The MCC Library and MCC Museum are open to members and their guests on match days at the MCG.

The MCC Library is located on Level 3 of the Members’ Reserve, whilst the MCC Museum, is located on Level B1.

Accessibility

The 'G TRAIN MOBILITY SHUTTLE SERVICE
The G-Train Mobility Shuttle Service operates during public events held at the MCG.

The service is free and accessible to patrons with mobility challenges. The G-Train also features vehicles with wheelchair-friendly access.

Pre-booking is not required; simply wait at a designated pick up point for the next available buggy. The service has pick up points from the following locations:
  • Richmond Station
  • Jolimont Station
  • Accessible Parking Area

SENSORY FRIENDLY SPACE
A Sensory Friendly Space is located within the Australian Sports Museum on Level 1 of the Olympic Stand (behind M51, inside Gate 3). This is a space for patrons of all ages who have sensory sensitivities, processing differences, or other hidden disabilities.

There are two rooms within the space offering patrons the ability to choose between quietly watching the event in a tiered theatre or using personal sensory strategies and fidget toys to relax in a multi-purpose room.
